Revision Policy
Depending on the package selected by our clients, we provide revision services. Our customers are entitled to free revisions, which we offer at no additional charge, as long as the initial concept and design remain unchanged. The standard time frame for revisions is 48 hours.
Turn Around Time
After the approval of the design concept, we do not allow refunds under any circumstance, unless the contract is terminated by the company for reasons unrelated to a breach of contract on your part. If you need more information about requesting a refund, please refer to the following section.
Refund Policy
You are entitled to request a refund when you receive the initial concepts without any restrictions. However, once you request changes to the initial draft or approve the concept, our refund policy is no longer applicable, and we cannot facilitate any refund requests. As a customer, you must adhere to the refund regulations outlined below when you sign up with us.
- If you request a refund prior to receiving the first design draft, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, except for a service and processing fee of 10%.
- If you request a refund within 48 hours of placing the order, you will receive a refund of 66% of the amount paid, with a deduction of 10% for the service and processing fee.
- If you request a refund between 48 and 120 hours after receiving the initial design, you will receive a refund of 33% of the amount paid, with a deduction of 10% for the service and processing fee.
- If it has been more than 120 hours since you received the initial design, no refund requests will be accepted. However, if you have any other issues or questions about our services, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will be glad to help you further.
- If you haven't taken any action within 30 days of placing an order with us, you cannot request a refund. If you still want to continue with our services, your design order can be reinstated, but you will be required to pay a certain fee for it.
- After delivering the final files, we do not accept any requests for refunds.
- Once the website development is completed or deployed live on the hosting server, we are no longer responsible for processing any refund requests.
- We follow a strict hierarchy and require all refund requests to be made through our support department. We have the sole right to approve or reject refund requests based on the individual case. However, if we detect any violation of the user agreement, we reserve the right to terminate the order without any additional notice.
- Our refund policy applies equally to all of our custom packages, just as it does to our individual packages. For example, if you purchase a logo and web design service and approve the logo but later want a refund on the web design service, you can only claim the refund during the initial design phase.
- To request a refund, you must provide a valid reason for withdrawing your order, and the reason must align with the initial brief and any customer feedback given for revisions. A refund will only be approved if the delivered design does not meet the requirements outlined in the brief. However, if you are unsatisfied with the design, you can request further revisions until you are completely satisfied.
- Our money-back guarantee is based on the good faith in which you placed your order. If a customer places the same order with multiple companies in an attempt to claim a refund from any of them, we consider this disloyal behavior. In such a case, we reserve the right to reject your refund request without providing any further justification.
- To ensure that you get the desired results, we ask that you provide feedback at each step and stay involved in the process. If you do not remain involved or provide a justified reason, we may not be able to process a refund request.
- We make every effort to create designs that are 100% unique. However, if you notice any resemblance to an existing design, please request a revision as it may be a coincidence. It is important to note that we are not responsible for any copies made after we have delivered the final product, and we will not refund or compensate for any losses. It is the client's responsibility to copyright their designs and branding.
Money Back Guarantee
Before requesting a refund, please ensure that you meet the refund policy requirements. We will make an effort to resolve any issues raised under the revision policy to determine your eligibility for a refund. If your request is approved, you will be notified via email by our refund department. However, if a refund is granted, the rights to the logo will remain with Thin Box Solutions, and you will not be permitted to use any version of the design that was provided by the company. Additionally, you will not have access to any of the work files, media, or color palettes that were provided during the service. In short, you are not allowed to reuse or reproduce any designs created by Thin Box Solutions. In order to facilitate communication between you and the designer, you are provided access to the "My Account" area. It is important that you regularly check this area during the ordering process to respond to any inquiries or requests for clarification from the designer. If you do not respond to the designer's queries, it may impact the final result and could affect your eligibility for a refund. If you need assistance using the "My Account" area, please feel free to contact our support team at any time for help, regardless of your location or time zone.
Quality Assurance Policy
Our designers are obligated to follow your instructions and the details provided in the order form. After conducting extensive research, our expert designers create the design, taking into account your requirements, current trends, industry insights, and your long-term business objectives.
Satisfaction Guarantee

We will continue to make revisions and enhancements until you are completely happy with the final product. However, the availability of certain dedicated services may vary depending on the package you purchase.
Hosting And Domain
Our website packages include free domain and hosting when applicable. Additionally, we provide email accounts with 10 MB of space for each account, which can be configured with third-party email software such as Outlook or Gmail. However, if you choose not to host your website with us, we will not provide email accounts. Please note that since the domain and hosting are free, we cannot entertain any refund requests for these services.
Delivery Policy
We deliver our designs to the "My Account" area on the date specified at the time of order confirmation. Once the design has been delivered, we send an email confirming that the design is available in the customer's "My Account" area. All of our policies related to revisions and refunds are based on the delivery date and time of the order. For customized design orders, we typically deliver within 5 to 7 days via email. To accommodate clients with urgent needs, we offer "Rush Delivery" services that provide first design drafts within 48 hours. Maintenance Of Records
To maintain a record and for your convenience, we retain a copy of the final design that was delivered to you. If you require the working files in the future, you can request them from us, and we will send them to you again

The Company will not be responsible for any dealings with third parties during the project development. If any additional work is needed, a separate agreement with a fee will be required.
